Operating in complex international markets requires high standards of integrity, transparency and responsibility. How we conduct our business is fundamental to building trust with customers, partners, authorities, employees and the communities we are part of.

We believe that responsible business conduct is a prerequisite for long‑term value creation. By acting with integrity and in line with recognised principles, like the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, we build strong relationships with our stakeholders, protect our licence to operate and strengthen our reputation as a reliable and responsible partner.

Our approach to business ethics is closely linked to how we create shared value. We aim to generate economic value while contributing positively to society, by delivering safe, reliable and efficient services within blue energy that support societal needs, local communities and a sustainable value chain.

What we focus on

  1. Responsible and fair business practices across all activities
  2. Delivering services that support energy needs and societal development
  3. Engaging with local communities and supporting local value creation
  4. Working with suppliers to ensure responsible and sustainable practices

Code of Conduct & Ethics

Acting with integrity and professionalism is fundamental to how we operate. Olympic’s Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for ethical behaviour and responsible decision-making across all activities, both onshore and offshore.

The Code reflects our values and defines how we are expected to act in our daily work, towards colleagues, customers, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders. It provides guidance in situations where judgement is required and helps ensure that ethical considerations are an integral part of decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Responsible conduct is not only about complying with rules, but about building trust, protecting our reputation and acting responsibly in complex and demanding operating environments.

What we focus on

  1. Acting with integrity, professionalism and respect
  2. Ethical decision making and accountability at all levels
  3. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal requirements
  4. Fair competition and responsible business practices

Anti-corruption
and compliance

Corruption and unethical conduct undermine trust, distort fair competition and can compromise safety, environmental standards and long-term value creation. In complex and international operating environments, a strong and consistent approach to integrity is essential.

Olympic has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in all forms. We are committed to conducting our business ethically, transparently and in compliance with applicable laws and recognised international standards.

We have established an anti-corruption programme designed to prevent, detect and respond to corruption risks across our operations and value chain. The programme is aligned with recognised good practice and reflects a risk-based and proportionate approach to anti-corruption.

We are a member of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) and collaborate with industry peers to address corruption risks and promote responsible business practices.

What we focus on

  1. Preventing bribery, facilitation payments and improper advantages
  2. Identifying and managing corruption and compliance risks
  3. Due diligence and oversight of third parties
  4. Training and awareness of expectations and risks
  5. Speaking up and handling concerns

Responsible
Supply Chain

Olympic’s operations rely on a diverse network of suppliers, contractors and business partners, including shipyards, equipment and service providers, crewing partners and local suppliers.

How we manage these relationships is central to safety, reliability and long-term value creation. We view suppliers as partners and work to build transparent, fair and predictable relationships that respect human and labour rights and support responsible business conduct.

Through a risk-based approach to due diligence and engagement, we seek to prevent and mitigate adverse impacts such as corruption, unsafe working conditions and modern slavery, while also creating opportunities for innovation, resilience and strong collaboration across the value chain.

What we focus on

  1. Responsible and transparent relationships with suppliers, shipyards and business partners
  2. Respect for human and labour rights across the value chain
  3. Risk-based third-party due diligence and oversight
  4. Fair treatment of suppliers, including SMEs, with predictable contracting and payment practices
  5. Partnership, innovation and continuous improvement with suppliers
  6. Use of local suppliers and partners to support local value creation
