WHISTLEBLOWING
– SPEAK UP
Reporting concerns helps us identify and address issues at an early stage, strengthens our culture of integrity, and contributes to responsible business practices.
Olympic does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who reports a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith.
What can
be reported?
This may include, for example:
- Danger to life or health
- Danger to climate or the environment
- Corruption, fraud, or other economic crime
- Harassment or discrimination
- Breaches of personal data security
- Other serious misconduct or unethical behaviour
Concerns relating to day-to-day operations, quality issues, HSE reporting, improvement suggestions and other matters that can be addressed through established reporting and management processes should normally be handled through those channels.
You do not need to have proof before reporting a concern. However, reports should be based on information that you reasonably believe to be true.
Confidentiality
and anonymity
All reports are handled confidentially. Information is shared only with persons who need it to assess or investigate the matter. We will protect the whistleblower’s identity to the greatest extent possible, subject to applicable legal requirements and the rights of the persons involved.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
